The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Hot and cold shower was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. No corkage fees on food and drinks. View outside was amazing, located next to a beautiful flowing river, and a short drive from Butuan City.

The kids' pool was dirty, and there were too many children playing in it on weekends.

Staying during Easter was fantastic! the rooms were kept very clean, including our showers which had both hot and cold water. the view from our room was breathtaking - a stunning river nearby was so beautiful. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which was truly appreciated. There were no added costs for bringing our own food and drinks.

While there were a lot of kids in the pool on the weekends, the cleanliness of the children's pool was questionable. We were disappointed that some of the amenities weren't as accessible as we would have liked, and found some staff members to be less than accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay. Best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, friendly staff, and stunning view of the river outside. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the hot and cold shower and the lack of corkage fees on food and drinks. Additionally, the location was great as it was just a short drive from the city.
